• I, hereby acknowledge that Zambia Athletics and any of its sponsors, staff or associated partners, under management of Zambia Athletics, constitutes a potential danger to the people participating in the run.


• Acting herein for myself, my employees, my invitees, including members of my family, I hereby waive and abandon any and all claims of every nature and whether for me personally or in any representative capacity, however arising in respect of any damage or compensation arising out of death or personal injury to me or any person whom I may represent caused by or attributable to any arising out of damages to from vehicles or anything that would cause danger to me.


• I furthermore indemnify and hold harmless the said Zambia Athletics and their officers and employees from time to time, against any loss or damage in respect of capital and/or cost awarded by any court in respect of any loss above contemplated, suffered by me or any of my invitees, including members of my family.


• I furthermore undertake and agree that this waiver and indemnity shall be effective in respect of my participation about to be undertaken and in respect of my visits thereto, and shall continue to be fully effective and operative and withdrawn by me on the 30 days written notice to Zambia Athletics. I also understand that traversing neighbouring properties is not permitted.
