The conference is organized under our project, “Building a more gender-diverse, skilled, and sustainable construction industry (2024–2027),” funded by the Embassy of Ireland in Zambia. This year’s theme, “Systems and Skills to Site: Diversity Builds Productivity,” aims to generate meaningful dialogue and practical solutions to strengthen systems that support women’s participation and retention in the construction sector
