• I, hereby acknowledge that Greater Kafue Landscape Limited and any of its sponsors, staff or associated partners, under management of Greater Kafue Landscape Limited, constitutes a potential danger to the people completing any activities, including walking or running in the park or travelling in the open or closed vehicle thereon whether or not accompanied by a Scout or in proximity of any camps or other buildings.


• Acting herein for myself, my employees, my invitees, including members of my family, I hereby waive and abandon any and all claims of every nature and whether for me personally or in any representative capacity, however arising in respect of any damage or compensation arising out of death or personal injury to me or any person whom I may represent caused by or attributable to any animal, reptile or insect in the park or arising out of damages to my vehicle or other assets out of loss suffered by reason of the park at any time falling into a defective state of roads or by reasons of any repairs, renovations to land or maintenance work in the park having been effected improperly or not having been affected at all. Such waiver shall in addition, apply to claims or losses arising whilst the person concerned is involved directly or indirectly, in outings or activities sanctioned and/or organized by the management.


• I furthermore indemnify and hold harmless the said Greater Kafue Landscape Limited and their officers and employees from time to time, against any loss or damage in respect of capital and/or cost awarded by any court in respect of any loss above contemplated, suffered by me or any of my invitees, including members of my family.


• I furthermore undertake and agree that this waiver and indemnity shall be effective in respect of my visit to the park about to be undertaken and in respect of my visits thereto, and shall continue to be fully effective and operative and withdrawn by me on the 30 days written notice to Greater Kafue Landscape Limited. I also understand that traversing neighbouring properties is not permitted.


• I undertake to brief clearly, before entering the park, all employees in my employ, invitees and members of my family, on the park regulations. I furthermore realize that I am entering a protected and that all vehicles are liable to be searched at any time.
