About the event

The aim of the fireside chat is to put together women across leadership positions in the training, corporate and SME - to share first hand experiences of how they have navigated and negotiated these often difficult spaces to achieve a high level of success- what lessons and nuggets of wisdom can they impart for the next generation of women?

The Fire side is designed to foster meaningful dialogue between younger and older generations. This initiative aims to build connections, promote mutual understanding, and offer insights into the past to help shape a better future. These conversations emphasize active listening, mutual respect, and openness avoiding generational stereotypes and dismissive attitudes. By recognizing both shared and differing experiences, intergenerational dialogue breaks down assumptions and strengthens empathy.
