1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

🎟️ Tickets are non-refundable.

✅ Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.

🚫 Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket or those deemed a risk to public safety.

2. Age Restrictions

🔞 Strictly 18+ event – NO UNDERAGE ENTRY.

3. Event Timing

🌅 Night 1 – 15:00 till late.

🌙 Night 2 – 15:00 till late.

🎶 AFRO SUNSETS: Mosi Tunya Edition is a two-day festival.

⏳ Timings are subject to change, and updates will be communicated if necessary.

4. Conduct & Safety

👮 Follow instructions from security personnel at all times.

⚠️ No aggressive or disruptive behavior allowed.

🌿 Respect nature & wildlife in Livingstone and on the festival grounds.

🚮 Use designated trash points—no littering in Livingstone town or festival site.

❌ No illegal substances or weapons.

🚖 Carpooling or using taxis with a designated sober driver is highly advised.

5. Prohibited Items

🚫 No outside food or drinks.

🚫 No drugs, weapons, or firearms.

6. Liability

⚠️ Organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event.

🎟️ Attendees enter at their own risk.

7. Health & Safety

✅ Compliance with all health & safety protocols in place at the time of the event is required.

8. Changes & Cancellations

🔄 Organizers reserve the right to modify event details.

📢 In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via official social media & email.

9. Consent to Photography & Recording

📸 By attending, you consent to being photographed & recorded for promotional purposes.
